Before long darkness had settled in completely. Slowing my walk, I realized nothing was any longer recognizable. In the darkness the woods looked entirely different than they had in the daylight. After about half an hour it came to my attention that I had circled by here before. I was lost and did not know the way home.

Just a few weeks ago, while visiting with someone we will call Bob, he began sharing with me his struggle to sleep through the night.

The rains had fallen hard and fast. Me and my side kick Dick, as most called him, his real name was Shawn, were out enjoying the aftermath of the storm.
